General Definitions
- Shipping Date
This is the date the items are to be shipped.
Usually, items are only shipped on business days (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery Date
This is the expected date of arrival based on the carrier's standards and the fulfillment time.
- Rate per Order
This is the fixed shipping rate for the total order, based on packaging and destination.
- Rate per Item
This is the handling charge per item. Total shipping and handling costs
will take this into account based on the number of CD items purchased.
