Possible Shockwave Issues for WT and IP Courses
If you are having any problems launching your course, here are some possible solutions:
- Serebra's Shockwave-based courses require that they start in a "pop-up" window, so you must disable any "pop-up" window stopper you have running.
- Shockwave-based courses also require XTRA files in order to run correctly. Try the XTRA Checker, which helps diagnose and correct Shockwave installation problems, to verify you have the correct files.
