Ted Moorhouse's thirty-year career has covered a wide range of activities in accounting, communications, enterprise software, venture capital and e-learning. Ted was elected to the Serebra Board in September 2002, was appointed President in October 2002 and was made Chairman in 2007.
During his tenure at Serebra, Ted has taken the initiative to transform the traditional e-learning model into a unique, integrated online platform called Serebra Connect and has traveled the world over to share the message about Serebra.
Before joining Serebra, Ted was President of Cordova Pacific Capital Inc., a venture capital company. Prior to that, he held senior management positions at Oracle and Nortel Networks. Ted has received numerous awards for his sales and marketing efforts. His achievements have earned him a national gold medal in sales performance at Nortel Networks and the British Columbia Technology Industry Association "Marketer of the Year."
Ted received his Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Manitoba where he graduated with honors.

For more than twenty years, Pat has held leadership roles in the deployment of technology solutions to resolve complex business challenges in both the public and private sectors. Before joining Serebra, he was with Agresso, a Netherlands-based global technology company delivering business software solutions to customers in more than a hundred countries around the world. During his tenure there, he had direct management responsibility for, and substantial exposure to, virtually all elements of the business cycle including four years as the President of Agresso's Travel Industry subsidiary, where he created and managed operational business units in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
For over twenty years, Pat served with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, first in operational policing primarily focused on criminal investigations, and then moving into systems management where he led the rollout and adoption of leading edge technologies into policing environments throughout western Canada.
Pat has served at the Board level for numerous organizations over the years, including the Canadian Heart Association, St. John Ambulance, the John Howard Society, Family Violence Shelter, the Royal Canadian Legion and numerous Amateur Sport organizations.
